CANCELLATION and Refund PolicIES

 

Cancellation Policy for Virtual One-on-One Sessions

We appreciate your commitment to our virtual one-on-one sessions. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please adhere to the following guidelines:


  1. Cancellation Window:
    If you need to cancel your virtual session, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
    • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) are non-refundable. 


  1. Missed Appointments:
    If you miss your virtual session without prior notification, it will be considered a “No-Show.”
    • Our tutors will remain on the call for 15 minutes. After that time period, the missed appointment will be deemed a "No-Show."
    • No-shows are non-refundable
    • No-shows may impact your future appointment privileges.


  1. Responsibility:
    As a participant, it is your responsibility to manage your appointments effectively.
    • Be proactive in canceling or rescheduling if needed.

No Refund Policy for Digital Orders

1. Digital Products

1.1. Non-Returnable Nature: Digital products, once downloaded or accessed, become non-returnable. This includes items such as:

  • Online courses
  • Music downloads
  • Virtual subscriptions

1.2. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for digital orders. Once you’ve completed the purchase, it is considered final.

2.1. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues with your digital product, please contact us. We will assist you in resolving any issues promptly.

2.2. Quality Concerns: If the digital product does not meet the quality standards described, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase. We will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
